To build, secure, and maintain a self-service, cloud-native internal developer platform. This role is responsible for providing a robust, scalable, and secure Kubernetes foundation that empowers development teams to deploy and operate applications autonomously, with a strong emphasis on automation, policy enforcement, and operational excellence.
Vos missions
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and core components.
- Implement GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts.
- Implement IaC and GitOps workflows for cluster lifecycle automation.
- Apply Configuration as Code (CaC) for consistent environment setup.
- Enforce Policy as Code (PaC) using OPA/Gatekeeper for compliance.
- Configure service mesh, ingress controllers, CNI plugins, and persistent storage.
- Manage cluster lifecycle (provisioning, scaling, patching, upgrades).
- Operationalize tenancy guardrails (RBAC, quotas, namespace isolation).
- Implement developer self-service via templates and internal portals (e.g., Backstage, Port, Roadie).
- Maintain observability stack and performance tuning.
- Support application onboarding and migration workflows.
- Ensure continuous platform health, apply upgrades, optimize performance, and support application onboarding.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in platform engineering or DevOps roles.
