Description de la mission
To define, own, and drive the strategic vision for the Kubernetes platform architecture, ensuring it is highly available, scalable, secure, and fully aligned with ADNOC standards. This role bridges technical leadership and hands-on architectural governance, guiding the platform roadmap, enabling developer productivity, and ensuring long-term operational excellence across hybrid-cloud and multi-cluster environments.
Vos missions
- Define and own Kubernetes platform architecture aligned with ADNOC standards.
- Design HA, DR, multi-cluster, and hybrid-cloud strategies.
- Establish GitOps, IaC, and policy-as-code governance.
- Lead platform roadmap, tenancy models, and fleet management strategy.
- Oversee integration with identity, observability, and automation frameworks.
- Drive developer enablement (golden paths, templates, internal portals).
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and DR planning.
- Mentor engineering teams and lead knowledge transfer.
- Maintain architectural governance, approve major changes, and ensure platform scalability and compliance
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure/cloud architecture, 5+ years in Kubernetes.

- • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
- • Kubetronaut Certification (all CNCF Kubernetes certs)
- • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional - Expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), IaC (Terraform/Ansible), service mesh, and multi-cluster operations.
