Description de la mission
Technical Lead – Endpoint Transformation to drive a large-scale Modern Workplace transformation program. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of modern endpoint management and security solutions, helping organizations adopt Zero Trust principles while modernizing their endpoint infrastructure.
Vos missions
- Lead end-to-end endpoint transformation projects from design through deployment and operational handover.
- Drive the migration to Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, including Windows Autopilot deployment and legacy infrastructure decommissioning (MECM/SCCM).
- Design and implement endpoint security solutions using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CIS security baselines, DLP, device control, and vulnerability management.
- Provide technical leadership by defining solution architecture, technical designs, and best practices.
- Manage project governance, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication across infrastructure, security, network, and application teams.
- Ensure operational readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.
Profil recherché
- 15+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, End User Computing (EUC), or Infrastructure Transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale endpoint migration projects (10,000+ devices) within enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Windows Autopilot
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- MECM/SCCM migration
- Zero Trust and CIS security frameworks
- Experience with application packaging and deployment, ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred), and vulnerability management solutions (Tenable or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
